The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor.
The swimming pool was also great to chill at. Relaxing and you can have food/drinks ordered from the bar counter served at your seat by the pool.

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. We had a great stay at the Pelangi. It was perfect for our family and young baby. She especially loved the splash pool and water slides which were perfect for children of all ages. The grounds are nicely laid out and relaxing. The service staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel very well taken care of. Would definitely return again in future.

Stayed at the Kutai room (number 1) and it was perfect size for couple (also includes a single bed too for a young child). The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean! Nice hotel, closer to the airport. Feels like in the middle of nowhere, so a good break from your every day hustle. Good for a short stay of 2-3 days. Hotel have no kitchen but breakfast was provided which was tasty and adequate, but was same for both days. Pool is clean and water is salty as it's a natural disinfectant.
Better have dinner outside before you return in the evening as there is nothing nearby except a supermarket which is decent.
A pleasant surprise was the hotel taxi...
