One of the best Hotel that I have stayed in langkawi. I won't mind staying in the same hotel for my next visit. One major reason of the excellent review is because it is brand new. The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. Convenient, friendly, value for money and clean resort

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

Staff are all friendly.. Place is clean & accommodative. Love the ambience.. the only thing for myself is the tv channel doesnt have much movie channels like eg HBO & all.. Spa quite expensive.. We had a great stay at the Pelangi. It was perfect for our family and young baby. She especially loved the splash pool and water slides which were perfect for children of all ages. The grounds are nicely laid out and relaxing. The service staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel very well taken care of. Would definitely return again in future.

Stayed at the Kutai room (number 1) and it was perfect size for couple (also includes a single bed too for a young child). The room is absolutely gorgeous and clean! You have to take off your shoes inside but this is what I usually do at home so it was not a problem. It is beautifully decorated and even has airconditioning! Love the rustic feel of the place. This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. Bonus point being that there are MANY estate cats here who are very friendly and happy to lounge with us in our room everyday. Loved it...

Resort is very nice and has everything you need. The staff are exceptional and breakfast is great with lots of choices for their guests.

Greeted by staff every morning without fail. Breakfast is good. Only egg section have to wait very Long.

It is a case of “if it’s reasonable” the staff will get it done! Examples: 1) We booked an early Mangrove Tour, so breakfast would be before opening hours. No problems - juice, bread and fruits were delivered to be stored In our room fridge. Main breakfast meals delivered early before the tour! 2) Wife & friends interested in the herbs in the garden. The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

The staff CONSISTENTLY went above and beyond.
