"We visit family fairly regularly and usually stay at another hotel while in Klang. Decided to try the Doubletree just for a change and we were pleasantly surprised, amazing hotel here with great amenities, walking access to the I-city mall which was great for our short stay. Didn’t need to fight the traffic to get to mid valley this time… Hotel is about 4yrs old so everything works as it should. Will stay here again in the future."

"Staff are helpful and friendly, check in and out was easy. Entire hotel is clean, buffet breakfast has amazing choices with so many cuisine types and fresh fruit and juices. Pool is large, a bit warmer water temperature will be better. The fitness gym is unbelievably full-size gym with all new pro-grade equipment unlike any other hotel gyms. Ideal location! Less than 10 minutes walk to MRT & LRT stations via fully covered pedestrIan bridge and to 1 Utama mall, a gigantic multi-storey mall with abundant choices for local and western food, retail stores including 2 large grocery stores. Pickleball players, option of outdoor covered or uncovered courts located at next door hotel 10 min walk from MWorld hotel. Perhaps, more restaurants serving local foods on site in the hotel will be great improvement ."

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days everytime we went down to the garage, it absolutely stank like sewer. I get it's a building shared with a mall, but still hotel management need to be aware of this. Overall I would have given the stay a solid A, but due to poor room conditions and the smell in the garage for our second part of stay, I'll give it a B+."
