"The apartment was of a lovely size, clean, comfortable. However low stars given due to the fact that this is not located in the grove in Bristol but a good 20min walk away at least and in a building called Stafford Yard. This iis not a central location as it appeared on the search map on expedia. Also was overpriced for the actual location. Would have got similar deals in hotels closer to the centre. The location is falsely advertised "

We enjoyed our stay. The best thing was the sensational breakfast - the largest and most generous slab of smoked salmon with a vast scrambled eggs! The location was also excellent. The room was warm and comfortable. The worst thing was the very uneven stairs which were a nightmare when trying to haul a heavy suitcase up and down but doubtless due to the age of the property. I also couldn't get the wifi to work consistently which was frustrating.

We had booked a night here for one of your stays over our honeymoon in England, and instantly regretted only having one night! Simply incredible place! Quiet, romantic, relaxing, amazing breakfast, superior staff - we took our bridal clothes there for photos and they were more than happy to allow us extra time to wander the grounds for pictures. If there was one downside it would just be the bed was too soft so we both sank down into it quite considerably. However this was only a minor detail.

The hotel locates at downtown with lots of restaurants. Not far from train stn, only 15 mins by walk. The staff are nice and helpful. Fixed the toilet very fast. And our luggages were already in the room when we were back to hotel.
