"I stayed about a week in a double-bed room at this hotel and it was a great experience. I would rebook if I make another return trip to Japan. Check in/out was pretty easy. The front desk has kiosks for check in/out. Hotel staff are available for assistance and can communicate in English. They have check in as 2 pm - midnight and I thought I would have to make special arrangements for a late night/early morning check-in, but they told me the counter is open 24/7. I manage to check in before midnight, but I imagine you could probably self check in Room- standard. Basic hotel amenities like water, refrigerator, hair dryer, toiletries and etc. Room is clean and modern. They have a bidet installed in the bathroom and I'm a sucker for the seat warmer feature. Shower had good pressure and temperature control. The only real complaint I have is that there isn't much space for your luggage or shopping items. Bonus points: my room came with a personal massage chair which was nice to use after 10+hrs of walking everyday. Location- great. Hotel is in the center of Tokyo. You can take the Asakusa Line from Haneda airport that leaves you only two blocks away from hotel. There's an stairway entrance to the metro right in front of the hotel where you can take the Ginza line. Its also only 15 min walk to Tokyo station where you can connect to any other metro or bus. "

"It was a good location where I was about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. This was use for catching a train onwards to other cities via JR. I opted for solo (single) room. It was clean and had enough space for a few days. The shower was great and there were amenities you could take and were available. The hotel has a small entrance next to family mart and then you take the lift to 2nd floor for reception. I managed to forward my luggage onwards to the next hotel via an online form but needed to pay cash upfront at the reception. The front desk staff were helpful and very professional."
