The contact with staff was minor, quite a streamline hands off approach. The surrounding area is vibrant with places to visit and the restaurants nearby are so good. Rooms are on the smaller side to larger resort hotels, but the convenience of location is worth the smaller room. The pools are large enough and segregated so if pool time is important you will find your Goldilocks fit."
