"Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! "

"My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Arimaonsen Musubi-no-koyado En, from the second we stepped in they were incredibly hospitable and provided everything we needed. "Close to Osaka Station, convenience stores and restaurants. What has room for improvement: International ( USA) TV stations such as CNN, CNBC, etc. Bedding could use a lighter duvet as the one provided was too thick and therefore too hot"
"The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again. "
