"Friendly staff and clean facility "

"We stayed 11 nights, and got a great deal by booking a King Suite 7 months in advance. The room has a washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, mini-kitchen with glasses, plates, silverware...just like a mini-apartment. The bathroom was also very nice with separate bathing/toilet areas. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant just off the lobby is good and convenient. We especially appreciated the shuttle to Shin-Osaka station, except that it doesn't run for 90min in the afternoon, and stops at 9:30pm. I paid a visit to the Lawson convenience store across the street almost every day. My wife was sick for half the trip and had to stay in the room, so she especially appreciated the room we had. Next time, we will get travel insurance so we can go to the hospital across the street. We would definitely like to stay there again. "

"Such a beautiful hotel, spacious room with lovely seating to capture the view. Onsen was very nice, great views and good facilities. Lounge was a good spot to have a drink. Reception on 17th floor. Great location in central Osaka. "

"We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. It's right on City Walk where there are a lot of shops and food options also Starbucks and Tullys Coffee are there by the Hotels entrance. The room was clean and big. We had a fridge. The bathroom had a medium sized counter but an big sink, the tub was amazingly large and deep, the shower was perfect height, pressure was amazing. 9.9/10 only because they didn't have towel racks or hooks lol but definitely worth the price."
