Kurita Business Hotels

convenient location just above train station and hotel is well maintained, clean

Great location loved the free ramen ice cream and drinks .

Clean room. Right opposite the train station. English speaking staff.

Excellent service from start to finish, location can’t be beat near Nagano station and bus stops. Having the laundry machine status on the TVs in the room was a real helpful bonus, would gladly stay again - highly recommended.

The room was great. Staff friendly and the self wash laundry machine provided at a small cost.

I am very satisfied with the room n service. The location is great. The staff is helpful. The room is clean

There are many restaurants conveniently located nearby. The room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding with a wide and impressive selection. The view is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a family of 4 (5&8yo) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whilst they sometimes were a little short on English the staff tried very hard at every opportunity to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast is great and we enjoyed it every day and the private onsen is a highlight - very relaxing and I would definitely recommend booking it. Hotel is close to the train and we found it easy to walk around town for dinner, etc.

A cozy onsen ryokan with very attentive and helpful male staff. I was truly impressed by his excellent service and will definitely return for another stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Although the onsen is not very large, it offers both indoor and outdoor baths and was pleasantly quiet with few people around.

Good stay at the hotel

Very attentive staff and soooo polite! Very clean. The momoyama bath is unesco world heritage
