"We stayed at this hotel knowing it was an affordable option, and honestly, you get what you pay for. It may not be the most luxurious hotel, but what truly made our stay worthwhile was the exceptional staff and the wonderful hospitality. The hotel also offers daily activities, especially for the kids, which made our family vacation even more enjoyable. There’s always something to keep the little ones entertained! As for the food, it was okay—not particularly outstanding, but reasonable considering the price point. I would especially like to give a special shout-out to Vinelly from the buffet bar, who was absolutely excellent! He was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always had a way of adding a little extra sunshine to your day. And to Janelly, if I remember her name correctly, she was just as wonderful! Such a charming, cheerful lady who was incredibly good with the kids. Her warmth and happy personality truly made a difference. At the end of the day, a hotel’s experience isn’t just about the facilities or the food; it’s also about the people who make you feel welcome. And this hotel certainly has some amazing people on its team! Overall, a good value for money, especially for families with kids. We may have paid for an affordable stay, but the kindness and hospitality of the staff made it feel like so much more. ❤️"
