"Great location near motorway ,great for staying or stop over .The food was excellent both duo roast which was fantastic and the breakfast which was great for journey home ."

"The room included parking and breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location for Ambleside and getting the boats to other parts of the lake. Lovely clean room, good bed and bedding. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet and very good as were the evening meals."
