The lounge chairs and sofa was very old and vinyl lining was peeling off and made the place look old General appearance inside a bit shabby - tiny TV and no toaster

Overall the room was good and the stay was enjoyable....only issue was that the room was not serviced on the last day.....

There was no check in, they just left a key under the mat outside the door. Bathroom had hair on the floor. Pillows were really flat and the bed linens were really worn out and had a strong perfume smell to them. I’m not sure if that was because they weren’t clean or the soap they use.

Beautiful property and clean rooms. Management unhelpful and no communication when for instance restaurant was suddenly closed the whole weekend and no other options in walking distance. Had to take Cabs in order to have a meal. Continental breakfast definitely not in line with a four star hotel

Thanks for your feedback . Sorry your were disappointed with your stay. We currently don't have a chef, so need to close the restaurant Sat & Sunday. Unfortunately for your stay we also close the restaurant on Public holidays.There was also yogurt and fruit and cereal available.I suggest you do a bit more research , if you are not bringing your car.Regards

The location was great. The room was very clean, spacious and most importantly warm - despite the very cold night outside. The staff were great and I really enjoyed eating at the restaurant. Excellent personal service and lovely food.

An alcohol free wedding, but at least I made it.
Disappointed with the delapidated chair, the difficulty to use kettle tomake a cup of coffee, the length of the electric lead wasa 12 cm. no powerpoint available fore this short lead. Told the receptionist that I was waiting for a bus to pick me up to go to a wedding, but was not alerted when the bus came and had to find my way to Rydal in my own car and could not drink alcohloic beveridges because I had to drive back to the motel.

We only stayed for one night before competing in the Katoomba UTA run. The motel was a great place to stay. They accommodated our late checkin and early checkout. The room was warm and comfortable, with easy parking at the front door. We will stay there again.

Upon arrival, we were told that the airconditioner was broken and supplied with a heater. We should have been offered an alternative room. The truck noise overnight is quite intrusive. Furniture in the room has seen much better days. We were only in for an overnight stay. The room was clean.

Nice quiet rooms, staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidently booked for the wrong night, they sorted it for me. Lithgow is a lovely town, and this was a lovely motel to stay in.

Overall excellent, the only thing I could fault it on was the distance from restaurants, you definitely needed to drive. The in house restaurant was closed when I stayed.

Every time we stay here,it is exceptionally clean. The road is not noisy. Receptionists are always pleased to see us and happy. Perfect place to stay.
