"Great, very fun for all the family. The BON is a little far away from the rest of the Vidanta complex and the park is not yet operational… it will be great once it is open. At this point it is noticeably that they lack personal everywhere."

"Pros: The staff at the restaurants were amazing. David at the breakfast buffet, Ramiro at the teppanyaki, and Abel at the Italian restaurant all went above and beyond. The lady who cleaned our room did an excellent job everyday. Cons: They need more waiters working at the pool area. I only saw one person everyday and they didn’t have time to accommodate everyone. They were working so hard but there was just too many people requesting drinks for one person. One main pool is not enough. It always felt tight with no room. The bar at night was always packed with no where to sit."

"our experience there was amazing from start to finish! We had an amazing butler named Gustavo who took care of us in any need that we ever had a request for! The pool had amazing views. I recommend strongly the preferred club worth every dollar! The food was amazing at all the restaurants as well!"
