"The hotel offers a breakfast buffet and a small shop with Starbucks coffee. The hotel room felt stuffy and outdated. The lighting was terrible and the shower seemed dirty. The beds are small and the sheets had holes in them. Location is great and the property has many pools. "

"Distance from Disney and amenities were the reason we chose The Grove. It was disappointing to learn we could not bring our own food into the water park grounds, given the cost of our stay. We also did not have some essential items stocked in the room (coffee, sugar, dish towels) and our oven was broken. There was an issue with the air conditioning system as well which was extremely loud all 3 nights of our stay despite logging a ticket. Staff were gracious to refund the cost of parking as a result but this did not seem to really compensate for the lack of sleep and additional money spent to make our stay more comfortable. I would not stay again - too many hidden costs."

"This is a solid hotel with a very good quality-price ratio compared to the more expensive options closer to Walt Disney World. It’s also pet-friendly and welcomes dogs. That said, the pet-friendly rooms are all on the first floor. Ours overlooked the parking lot, which wasn’t the nicest view. The room décor and furniture felt somewhat outdated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I rate this hotel 7/10."

"Very comfortable well appointed rooms. A little loud at times with other guests around us being rowdy but nothing unbearable. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked. Could always find a parking spot. Only improvements I would make our towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door, a larger kitchen trashcan with a lid and a place to put recyclables. Very pleasant three nights day. No complaints."

"Additional fees for WiFi and resort (pool lol) should be automatically included or at least you should be notified for the additional fees! Never again!!!"

"The resort was very clean and receptive upon our arrival. We were checked in by Jade who was such a delight. She gave us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite."
