"Very cute property with extremely helpful staff. The location was absolutely amazing. The 8 and 388 buses are within metres and many more within a few minutes walk."
"Lovely clean hotel with great tech controlling the room. Staff were friendly, gave recommendations for the local area and were helpful with requests. "
"Had a lovely stay - were only there for one night but could have easily stayed longer! Lovely room, breakfast options great and everything was clean. Only thing to consider might be location depending on what you’re after when staying in London but it was perfect for us!"

"Our stay here was amazing! The decor is made to feel like a home away from home and it did just that. Plus, the steam shower is to die for! We stayed in a two bed room and it was super spacious, which sometimes they are not. Honestly throughly recommend!"
"Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was experiencing a leaking roof that was coming through to the lobby but the situation was being handled with little disruption to the guest "
"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree.
The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries.
Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning:
The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight.
The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation.
Would definitely stay here again if I came into town."
"Loved this hotel! Fantastic amenities and a convenient location near tube stations. The Sicilian restaurant in the basement is amazing and the bar on the roof looked good too. We will be back! "
"Just love a Cotizen M and this has to be one of the best!!
Amazing location with a fabulous terrace.
Staff as per usual - top notch and a credit to the chain!"
