The staff at this property were so helpful and friendly. Anytime we needed anything, they would graciously accommodate us. I especially want to thank Firati, Jobril, and Jazsmin for truly going out of there way to make our first visit to London a very wonderful one!

Natasha and Jimril were great and provided excellent service. The other staff members were also helpful and kind. Rooms are small but clean. My room had the view of a gas station so that was a downer.
