Clean but dated hotel in need of a major refurb. Location is excellent near Regent's Park with public transport a very short walk. Was told room 1117 has "a beautiful view of Regent's Park". All you can see is Park Road and a bit of Lord's. Zilch Regent's Park.

This property is close to Paddington Station and is how we arrived in London. We arrived early and the staff was willing to hold our luggage for us.
