Highly recommend inside walls of Lucca
Loved our stay here… Beds were comfortable …. Room was updated and very tastefully done …. It is right inside the walls of Lucca near the fashion stores ….. Frederica at the front desk was very helpful and so kind …: we will be back and would highly recommend

This property is outstanding! Full of historic character and charm and very close to all the sights of Lucca. We stayed in the green room and it was beautiful, all the finishing touches really added to the uniqueness of this guest house! The bed was very comfortable and the air con was very welcome! Well stocked and reasonably priced mini bar with local beverages. Would highly recommend staying here

The most beautiful, comfortable rooms we have stayed in for years. There was a warm welcome from the very friendly hostess who was a count of local knowledge. Location wise could not be better for a stay in Lucca. We will return!

This was a very enjoyable stay, with the most comfortable bed, of our 3.5 weeks in Italy. Charming decor with a keen attention to detail, so well done. Large room, great location ecofriendly & supportive of local economy. Great background information on the area. A very positive break from the everyday, great experience.

This hotel is a gem. My night in the Pink Room was the best part of my recent trip to Italy. The room's decor was fabulous, the bed comfortable, atmosphere pin-drop quiet, and the bathroom had fluffy towels and room to spare. I needed all these things to recover from a frenetic year! The room was so nice I skipped exploring Lucca at night so I could stay and take in all the calm, sweet vibes. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. I'd absolutely stay here again. We stopped in the green room and wow what a room, the person/ persons who furnished and set up this room should be thoroughly complimented, a truly marvellous room and such good value for money. Only drawback is parking is offsite and requires getting up early to feed the meter.

This hotel is an example of a perfect renovation. The details down to the door hardware are greatly considered. Everything about this place feels great, looks great, and the three staff members we encountered during our stay were extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We booked just one night there but were so happy we stayed another.

We loved this place as soon as we got there! The people are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom has nice products. It has been nicely converted into a great boutique hotel. Lots of attention to detail. It is located right in the centre of Lucca...making it easy to get around. No breakfast but there is a cute cafe around the corner. No elevator so book one of the rooms on the lower floors if that is an issue. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Stay
We stayed in the charming green suite at the very top of the newly renovated building. It was funky, super comfortable and very clean. The room has a handy coffee machine and fridge. Mayte was very friendly and helpful. She gave us advice on wine tours etc. and she was more than happy to arrange transport. We loved our stay just off via Fillungo and we'd book in again in a heartbeat.

Location of hotel was great. Not too far from gate. Staff was welcoming and cleaning staff friendly. My only complaint would be lack of breakfast. We were advised to go to a cute place but pastries and side dishes were very expensive. Maybe arrange with a local bar for a continental breakfast?

Difícil avaliar esse hotel... E olhe que me dou bem com as palavras. Mas é acolhedor demais!!!!! Extremamente bem localizado. Limpo, cheiroso, bem decorado... Chuveiro bom demaisssss... Parece que tudo, completamente tudo, foi pensado e preparado com carinho. Sabe tipo colo de vó, que a gente não tem vontade de sair? Sem medo de errar, foi a acomodação mais especial da nossa viagem para a Itália (e olha que ficamos em lugares muito bons e bem avaliados). Quando vi que tinha nota 10 num dos sites de hospedagebs, tive uma pontinha de desconfiança. Afinal 10 é 10 né? Mas não tem como ser menos que 10. Pra fechar com chave de ouro tem ainda a Maite. Atendimento fantástico, com simpatia, entusiasmo e muito boa vontade ela ajuda em tudo e dá dicas dos melhores lugares pra comer e de passeios. Tem sempre uma palavra carinhosa e se envolve com as histórias da gente!!! Um defeito? É longe demais do Brasil... Como queria ter um cantinho assim aqui por perto. Super hiper ultra mega blaster recomendo.
