"The beds are comfy, rooms are quite clean, found two hairs in bathroom, paid full breakfast and was given only very limited cold food and was asked to pay extra £15 for hot food, then when checking out was told it was by mistake, the breakfast waiter shall have a breakfast guest list to verify all incoming guests this way he would know who is still missing so when we arrived 9:15 am with my son he got only rice flakes with milk … I like the lobby and bar, from outside it is dated but inside quite nice. "I've stayed here many times over the years and its a decent enough hotel. Rooms are a little dated but fit for purpose. Location is great for Glasgow west end. Staff are great and breakfast is decent enough also. Large car park but might be chargeable. Havent ate there often but its pretty expensive from what I can remember."
