"I had a great stay at the Eaton. It is a clean modern hotel with many amenities. They clean your room daily at the hotel. I personally used the fitness center frequently. The staff was friendly , courteous, and professional. The location is great—it’s right on the border between Kowloon and Mongkok which makes it a great location to explore both areas. It’s also near the Jordan MTR station which gives you access to all parts of the city. Also, the A21 airport bus stops within a block of the Eaton hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel. "

"As soon as we approached check in. one of the lady recognized us and welcome us back to stay with them. She assigned 22 floor for us with clean room with daily clean up by Ms. Tong Ning - very polite and helpful. We will stay with them again whenever we visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended. "The hotel is new and comfortable, the only thing is the location isn’t convenient enough. "

"Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. "
