We deliberately tried to choose a quiet hotel as we had an early start but the hotel had a noisy event going on until 1am that made it impossible to sleep on the upper floors. To be fair on calling reception they moved us to a different room but not sure what would have happened if another room was not available. I feel if there have such an event on this should be made clear at the time of booking

Hotel is nice enough, staff friendly, room was nice, up to date and clean with everything you would expect. WiFi superfast and easy to get on. Only a couple real sticking points for me was; 1. The TV system isnt the greatest, its laggy, missing half the Uk channels and the TV guide takes forever to load. We also have a message constantly popping up in the bottom right saying 'Storage almost full'. Casting from your phone works great though and the WiFi was perfectly fast for streaming. 2. The drainage seemed a bit slow in the bathroom, the shower flooded very easily and when you ran the tap in the sink it filled the sink up quicker than it could drain 3. On checkout we were not asked if we were happy with the stay etc. Generally a nice place to stay though for the money.

Hotel was easy to find - easy parking at QPark Food was good in the restaurant & the breakfast was nice. Only thing I would say is for the tea & coffee to be served to you at breakfast instead of out of a machine - don’t really like machine coffee as never very hot

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. And the shower was hot and powerful. The only thing I could suggest is to have a light over the coffee and tea area, as it rather dark, especially when you’re using hot water. Would highly recommend this hotel.
