"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience."

"Overall experience was wonderful. Food is well prepared and the staff works very hard to upkeep the property, making sure all guest have a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the beach, whereas the water recedes twice a day and this in turn affects the ferrying to and from the island. The low tide is nothing the staff can control and they do their best to accommodate the guest with this inconvenience by providing an alternate route to ferry to and from the mainland and resort."
