"Excellent and nice location, rooms looks good just this time had a terrible smell like sewer and they came to spray air freshener only, that didn't help, the good thing we was outside q lot we just used to sleep and left next morning. "Fantastic stay at Devossion, highly recommend!!! Service was all-around 5 stars. Food was exceptional at every restaurant. Only downside was the beach. Not as nice as Cancun but they make up for it with the numerous infinity pools. Rooms are modern, spacious and super clean. Atmosphere is calm and not overcrowded like most all inclusive hotels. Not the typical “americanized” hotel experience. We really felt an authentic mexican vibe (mexican owned hotel👌). Special shoutout to the pool service by Geraldo; entertainment and fitness by Melanie, Ana and Marlon; lobby bar service by Roberto 👏"

"If you want peace and quiet or be near 5th ave this is cool....absolutely no amenities....no food, drinks, no view from room. Staff never spoke...but everything is walking distance... its ok for some people. But i would never stay again."

"Over all a wonderfull stay i had the luxurious grand master suite with jaccuzi tub was mostly clean only thing that wasnt clean was the air filters for the ac units they dont look like they have been changed in years. The food was exelent didnt have any issues with what i ordered how ever i feel like they need to add a resturaunt service for mondays as theres only 1 dinner option. Rooftop was amazing staff were very attentive and remembered my drink after only 1 day and when the clouds roll up in the evening you can get some spectacular photos. And dont forget to order the wings as they are awsome. Only big issues was the contruction noise and dust from accross the street not the resorts fault but still anoying."

"I wish all restaurants were open especially on the weekends as you would think that is a big time for business throughout the year. Otherwise my stay was exceptional and appreciate and want to thank everyone I had a pleasure of interacting with. I will also say that I was taken by surprise of the actual shoreline for the beach as it's not described as being so close, a few online tweaks to descriptions to better describe actual suites would be suffice. But again otherwise we had a blast and GREAT time!!!"
