Staff were very helpful. The owner was very understanding as we had a family emergency and had to cut our staff short. Coffee and tea facilities in the room would make this perfect.

Excellent place to chill
This riad is ideal for a relaxed long weekend away from it all. It is about 30km south of Marrakech which is easily reachable by car or taxi. It is an oasis of calm set in olive groves with a nice pool and plenty of little corners in which to sit and contemplate life! Khalid and the staff are very welcoming and jump to every request. He can organise excursions or advise on outings and is very willing to spend a few minutes talking or leave you alone if that is your preference. It is on our favouritte list.

Authentic Riad set in beautiful gardens
We spent the most wonderful 3-night stay at the family-owned Riad Cle de Sol. Situated in a stunning garden filled with fruit trees, herb and flower gardens. Our beautiful room was full of authentic moroccan charm, a calm, cool oasis with comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom with lovely fragranced toiletries. Khalid, the owner, was very welcoming and gave us a guided tour and history of the property which has been his family's home for many, many generations. He was warm and friendly and suggested different excursions which could be arranged. We did a small day-trip to visit the Ourika Valley Falls which we enjoyed very much. Sanah, Nadiya & the team were friendly and hospitable and did everything they could to make our stay at the riad a great experience. The food was home cooked and freshly prepared to order; delicious breakfasts and meals (the chicken tagine with preserved lemons, olives and saffron was exquisite). I took a traditional moroccan cookery class with Sanah which was a really enjoyable experience and we shared culinary knowledge and tips; I'm looking forward to recreating the dish for my family. Thank you Khalid, Sanah, Nadiya and team for looking after us so wonderfully. Our first visit to Morocco, but hopefully not our last! We'll be recommending Riad Cle de Sol to friends and family and would definitely choose to stay here again.

An oasis completely away from everything
An authentic rustic rural hotel If you want somewhere peaceful and simplistic this is the place to relax Staff lovely, polite helpful but not intrusive its about 50mins from Marrakech .....staff can arrange transport etc

Fantastic oasis
Fantastic stay, this is the perfect place to relax enjoy the astonishing garden, the rooms are beautiful and unique style. service was perfect. food was great. This is the perfect oasis. Khalid and all his staff are kind and always making sure you get the best experience. I will come back for sure.

L’équipe est vraiment parfaite ! Nous avons été dorlotées pendant 1 semaine c’était super. Le cadre est trop beau, ça n’est pas à côté de Marrakech (30min environ) mais ça vaut vraiment le coup pour la tranquillité.

Riad in traumhaft schönem Garten mit Pool
Das Riad befindet sich inmitten eines wunderschön angelegten Blumen- und Sträuchergartens und hat auch einen schönen Pool. Der Eigentümer erzählte daß Andre Heller, der Erschaffer des Anime-Gartens, oft bei ihm wohnte und sich von seinem Garten animieren ließ. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, erhielten ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Luxus Zimmer mit eigener Dachterrasse und tollem Blick auf den Atlas. Das wunderbare Abendessen auf der grossen Speise-Terrrasse wurde sehr liebevoll angerichtet, aufs Dessert verzichteten wir weil wir komplett satt waren.

A wonderful oasis of quietness
After the busyness of marrakesh, this place offers the most beautiful calmness possible with singing birds, a wonderful olive grove, a nice garden, a clean swimming pool and a beautiful little riad.

Excellent. On vient en client et on repart en ami. Accueil exceptionnel. Khalid le propriétaire est au petit soin et ne ménage pas ses efforts. quand au cadre il est sublime. un paradis sur terre pour se détendre et de reposer.

Fantastisk service i rolige omgivelser
Fantastisk service, lokal mad lavet af lokalt dyrkede økologiske grøntsager, flotte bygninger med lokal touch, masser af ro og hyggelige omgivelser. Især værterne er fantastiske og vi blev inviteret på en lokal sightseeing tour, hvor vi så nogle af de omkringliggende landsbyer! Lidt koldt om natten på værelset, en begrænset menu og langt væk fra de gængse oplevelser såsom Marrakech.
