Good Location! But the hotel is not very good, front desk service was not friendly at all, the room didn’t have a proper blanket for the bed it won’t cover two people. Not hand towels. The Tv was broken and the internet service was horrible. Very low quality for the price.

the bathroom was very dirty, the shower curtain was very dirty and full of mold. in the morning when we went to take a shower the water went out and there was no hot water

At first the customer service was ok, but then it turns out that i was charged twice on my credit card in the hotel restaurant, I noticed it when i got back from my vacation. When i claimed about the double charge they never gave me a straight answer, always making up excuses, like that they have to reach the accounting department, really? Im been waiting a week for somebody get back to me, and still dont give me refund or at least an answer. I just gave up and let my bank to handle this situation. I feel disrespectful as a customer, they really need to handle customer service better. I won’t recommend this hotel at all!

The Hotel is on a good street in a tourist area. Plenty of places to eat or drink within throwing distance. Really clean and staff was nice. WIFI was good.

Ikke helt som forventet
Vi forventede mere af opholdet og blev slemt skuffede. Vi havde bestilt et af de store værelser, men da vi kom, havde de kun et lille værelse lige over for receptionen og ud til gaden til os. Da det til og med var fredag aften, blev det en urolig nat. Der er praktisk taget ingen lydisolering. Den lovede værdiboks på værelset var ikke eksisterende. Beliggenheden er god ... men megen støj om natten og hårde senge med plastik under lagenet var ikke lige det, vi forventede. Der er masser af andre muligheder i området.
