Spacious rooms & Cleanliness of the entire hotel areas. Amenities are ok. Maybe put in more variety for breakfast

The resort is very peaceful. Check in is smooth. The staffs are very friendly. They even arrange ride to resort room if the walk is too far. And i also appreciate that the team kindly arranged a car for us to airport as the flight is very early. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great stay

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Many eateries shop nearby and easy access to every where . 25 mins can reach airport

Excellent service and a verry well maintained hotel.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Great hotel. Suitable for families or couples. Location is a little far from city but near to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.
