"Nothing “magical” about this Disney stay. Staff were obnoxious, beds extremely uncomfortable, no room service, over priced restaurant, poor quality food, half the hotel was a construction site. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels over the world and this was by far the worst experience "

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a mall with several food options and access to Mong Kok East MTR station. We traveled as a family of 4 and my kids loved the hotel pool. The pool is actually much larger than it appears in the photos on the website and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice both the pool and change areas were. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The room was clean but dated. The walls were thin. There was no usb outlet. The breakfast was ok with not much variety. The hotel was in a very busy area, convenient but noisy."

"I stay here a lot and it’s alway very nice. There was some works being done from 9.00pm-11.30pm one night which was not great if you wanted to sleep but otherwise great."
