"The hospitality from Mr. Resh the senior manager on duty is outstanding, he went above and beyond when I got sick and need it to see the doctor, walked me to the clinic and stayed till everything is done and got my medicine and the next day he checked on me, overall the front liner staff at the lobby are very helpful and polity , and I would like to give credit to Housekeeping staff , I didn’t catcher his name but I believe he’s unchanged on 3th floor since my room was 0379 and he’s the one that clean my room daily the way I want it, always smiling and positive attitude I wish I remember his name. Truly 5?stars experienced. "
