"Have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times over the years. Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. There was also a very friendly & chatty doorman ( unfortunately can’t remember his name). They had a birthday cake on my return stay in June ( despite birthday was 3 days earlier). Appreciated it very much. "
