Mid Valley is an exciting district in Kuala Lumpur known for its shopping and entertainment centres. It is also home to Istana Negara, or the King’s Palace. This is a unique site for tourists, and the reigning king rotates in every five years from sultanates across Malaysia. Taman Tasik Perdama Lake Gardens is an idyllic spot for nature lovers to relax and unwind. The park is built around an artificial lake and the 227-acre park is extremely popular and has a number of attractions including a bird park, orchid garden and butterfly park.
Brickfields (one of the oldest Indian settlements in the country) is Malaysia’s official Little India.
