"What a wonderful experience! The hotel, the location, the staff. All 5 stars! We were lucky enough to get a special deal with Expedia to stay in the Club Rooms for an amazing price, with breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks included. The staff were so attentive and kind. The location was great - closer to the MRT than expected and under cover all the way there. This is our second visit to KL and we would stay here again. Happily. "The butler team of Natasha, Nicole and Robi made our family of 4 stay impeccable. Right at arrival after a tired travelling journey, Natasha brightened up our day with her smile and welcome. As we went through check in in the room, she was always on the lookout for anything to aid my wife, kids and suggesting things she could help us arrange to have a relaxing night. The personal touches and surprises everyday throughout our stay really touched our hearts. The kids especially loved the drawings they received and they were so well drawn. The butler service team really made the stay feel extremely warm and personable, and it made us feel they went above and beyond to make our already luxurious stay even more memorable. The property of course was very well maintained and staff service in other areas of the hotel were also excellent. A commendable team effort that deserves this long review. I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay. "

"Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge. 5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍."
