"We loved the location (walking distance to mah temples and areas for discovery) along with the restaurant was excellent! The rooms were big and the gym was small but had all the things. The laundry was also welcome and super easy to navigate. "

I was able to use it twice a day we had breakfast there and all the amenities were just what we needed after a long day. Cannot recommend this hotel more. "Perfect location for traveling to-and-from Kyoto Station, literally opposite the Hajicho East exit. You can use the station to see practically everything you might want to see in Kyoto. Nice clean quiet rooms, larger than normal for Japan. Don’t miss the breakfast in the Japanese restaurant in the basement Uoman…. It’s divine, if you like Japanese food. Regional specialties you won’t find elsewhere. The Aeon Mall next door is also great for travelers. Lots of options at regular (non-tourist) prices."

"This is a very big hotel located right next to Kyoto station. It has taxi stations out in the front of the hotel; one for foreigners and one for citizens. So very convenient for managing traveling. Yes, you can hear the trains going by from inside the room since the station is right next to the hotel. However it did not prevent us from sleeping well. "
