"The service was excellent. The rooms were big and clean. We had 4 adults and had enough space for all. 4 beds with 2 almost US Full size beds and two twin beds. One bathroom was a little drawback but we managed. The amenities and shuttle and everything was super nice."

"Exceptional experience. Best hospitality we have ever received. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many great perks including a yukata to wear around, happy hour free drinks and a wonderful garden out back with an amazing view of the water. Kaiseki dinner was fantastic (lots of seafood) and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was amazing and the private onsen was very relaxing. Included complimentary shuttle service to the train station after check out in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here. 10/10."
