"Overall nice hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Liked the design having the bathroom separate the living room (pull out sofa bed) from the two twin beds. Light switches a bit confusing to understand. The pool was nice but given the interest / demand it’s necessary to book a time, which led to a couple missed (ad hoc) swims. Great location if wanting to walk the waterfront and take those key London sight seeing photos."

"Hotel is a great location. Easy walk to things to see and close to subway station. Room was clean and good sized. WiFi was excellent. Everything was great except we came during a heat wave in the summer and the rooms have no A/C. The staff did provide fans for the room but, windows only opened a few inches and did not allow enough air in. Sleeping at night was a little uncomfortable because of the heat."

"Fantastic experience from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. The location near London Bridge and Borough station is top-tier and feels very safe. Most importantly, they are 100% reliable—smooth check-in, 24/7 front desk support, and zero headaches! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to London!"

"Staff at the reception - Very good / pleasant and informative. Room - Welcoming, good layout. I expected a challenge with the size of the bed being six foot 4 inches tall but I managed to sleep ok. The pillows could do with more padding though. I will definately add this approach again to my list. I will also recommend friends, relatives and colleagues to Destiny Student - Moonraker"
