"Huge property. Wished skin care amenities were available on the room but only had basics. (No cleaners, toner, moisturizer, etc) that are common in Japanese hotels. But had room wear, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc, basics. Love that they had the universal charger, I hate digging my chargers out of my luggage. Utilized the hot springs, it was great after long travel. Very convenient location "

"This is a great place for one person. If youre an American like me, these rooms are so small you have to step outside just to change your mind. One side of the very small, rock hard bed, is against the wall. The staff is very noce and accomidating, and the location is in a working class neighborhood, Kamata, which has two train stations with similar names. We stayed for a week after a cruise and were very happy with the ease of use with trains. Great area for cheap shopping and food. There is a nigiri joint right across the street that servesbexcellent food made fresh."

"the evening ramen is a great touch as are the popsicles and probiotic drinks provided. Onsen bath facilities are also great. a little bit of a challenging trek from Metro stations if you have a lot of large luggage but otherwise this hotel is a great choice."
