"Love my stay at KSL hotel! Room is super clean, toilet bowl has a bidet. Air con is not cold but was fine for my family. Overall was a really pleasant stay."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."
