"We had a lovely stay other than the fact that we paid for a queen bed and the bed was a full size. When I spoke to front desk they said that the owners claim all beds in that wing of the hotel are queens and kings but this was a common complaint they had. I would like to speak to management about this as I feel I was a little cheated out of my money. "

"The stay was pleasant, it was nice and clean. The only thing I wasn’t so thrilled about was the pressure of the water in the shower. "

"Great location for walking around Monterey, however, not for getting a good night sleep. Had street facing room and had to sleep w/ windows open bc there’s no air conditioning. Nonstop noise from 12:30 am to morning. Conversations on the street, then two garbage collection and 2 different times, and then the 1hr squawking of seagulls before sunrise. Maybe, ask for an inside room if you value sleep. "

"Loved this cute place! Rooms were clean, breakfast was cute for a morning snack, parking is tight. Location is great! Staff always greeted us hello and with a smile everytime."

"The only bad thing that makes me not like my stay was the cleaning people going back and forth with their loud carts when me and my kids try to take a nap we couldn't cause it was so loud and the walls are thin I could hear everything upstairs and outside...other than that staff was amazing and hotel clean just noisy"

"Half way through my shower when my hair had conditioner and my body was all covered in soap it lost all water pressure besides a dribble. I waited about 5 minutes and nothing changed so I did my best to rinse but I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to fully to rinse my hair and body. That was ridiculous"
