"We stayed at Mi Bencoolen for four nights. The room was clean and well maintained, though quite small—but we knew that when we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff was friendly, check in was simple, and WiFi was fast. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near the MRT, along with plenty of restaurants and bars, which is why we chose it."

"Absolutely gorgeous and unique. The location was fantastic as well. Rooms were quiet. Rooms were small with minimal storage for suitcases. The pool area very scenic but no space to sunbathe considering how large the hotel is. The pool was so cold but very nice to look at. The gym was the most disappointing because the mirrors along the back way give it the appearance that it is decent sized with plenty of equipment. That is not the case. Dumbbells only go to 22kg, pillows to 25kg. The 6am workout time was odd to navigate due to space limitations. We didn’t get the breakfast package, and I’m glad. Food was mediocre and very high priced for what you can find a few blocks away. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Glad we stayed there because of how unique it was but otherwise don’t need to next time in Singapore. "
