They took our bags for us upon arrival, gave us a room upgrade for free, and called a cab for us when we left. "The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean. The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal. The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses. Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am. Otherwise great location."
