"Right in the heart of Shinjuku, we could not go in the Godzilla terrace, a sign read it was now closed to the public, considering it was part of the reason we stayed there it was definitely a minus. "

"Room was cleaned every 3 days but you get a lot of items to hold you down. Breakfast was ok, staffs were very friendly and helpful "

"Hotel was super. A little out of the centre but Tokyo is so huge . A 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station is very do-able and they have a regular shuttle bus to the metro station which is convenient. Staff is very good, cleanliness was outstanding and property is beautiful. Breakfasts were a great spread. I highly recommend a stay here without a doubt."
