Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here...

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Book a Deluxe room (& A suite- direct booking) The overall stay is very satisfying and happy.. Although the first day we stayed there, the room floor is sticky and dusty.. managed to call them to mop and clean. Din get to use the facilities and not very clear if there is any swimming pool. Love the shopping mall. And all happy. Wished to go there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel is surrounded by the kampong side...nice view otw to the hotel..staff is also friendly..

Its a pleasant stay with Grand Lexis. The swimming pool is clean and bed is very comfort. They provided several kind of tea like ice lemon tea, herb tea, black tea and jasmine tea. I will come back some other day.

I stayed for 4 nights here and it was a fantastic time. The pool area was nice and the food was pretty decent. The location was good with many bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens
