"The front desk was very nice. Our privilege room was not available due to some flooding and we had to take a lesser room. They offered for us to move to the original room the second night but we declined and they credited us the cost difference for our stay. They were very apologetic."

"Lovely lobby and grand staircase right next door to train station. Our room looked out onto platform 2. Hotel is a gracious older dame. Spacious. Comfortable but showing signs of age. Worked well for us as we enjoy heritage properties. Particularly when the train station entrance is immediately beside the hotel door and public transport stops."

"A very comfortable apartment-I wouldn’t say luxurious but very good-we did however find the pillows hard -could have been better quality and softer or at least have a choice of pillow Good location with a 20/30 minute walk into town-easy parking Would definitely recommend"

"The hotel is in a whole other class by itself. We stayed in 3 different hotels in Scotland which boasted being 5 stars, and Ness Walk was far and away the top of the three. It was the nicest 5 star hotel experience I've had. The customer service, check in process, attention to detail and property were all top notch. I would stay again and again if ever traveling back to Inverness. 6 out of 5."
