He offered us maps and brochures for our day trip to Salem which came in handy! He always asked us about our plans and it was like having a local friend we could ask advice or get recommendations. Definitely would recommend staying here. Accommodations were clean every day. Good selection for a quick breakfast bite and convenient location for what we needed."

"The Salem Inn was located in the middle of town. A good location near Essex Street. The parking was free with the room. The staff were very friendly - in fact, due to low check-ins they allowed us to stay parked until our Guided Tour was finished (a couple hours after check-pout time). Great service! "
