"Horrible check in lines over 3 hours. "

"Its okay. We booked it for the Disney cruise. Our luggage wasn’t picked up at 8am like they promised so we could of slept in more. A lot of the outlets and USB’s didn't work, the air quality in the room is super dry, barely any ventilation. The view from our room was really cool watching the planes land and take off. "

"Soap dispenser kept falling off the wall, housekeeping only every 4 days and they left all my used towels in a pile on the dresser in front of the tv and did not vacuum. Shuttle to the parks was 30 minutes late according to the schedule and stops at several other hotels so it was an hour travel time. Cheapest hotel in the area but now i know why. "
