"Our room was as described and was kept spotless by housekeeping. There were nice amenitites in the room such as water kettle for tea or coffee as well as a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the visit was the hotel staff. They were always ready to make you visit as pleasurable as possible. This included receptionists, housekeepers, door men/hosts Pervez and Milion, concierges, and the host in the Green Parlour in the morning, Joe. Those three men added greatly to our enjoyment during our stay. We were there for one week and will definitely stay there the next time we visit London."

"Property was clean throughout. Room/bathroom with double bed was small, but fine for for the purpose of an overnight stay (sleeping and showering). The breakfast was good, with some fresh fruit, cheeses and yogurt, assortment of buns/bread/crackers with butter/jams, pastries, boiled eggs, and 3 types of meat. Access to train station was great as well, we were able to walk there with all of our luggage."
