"I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa. That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room. "great location for water sports right in the back side of the resort. design and architecture of the resort is a little strange and takes a while to understand how to navigate it. staff is very friendly. we were assigned a Concierge lady called Cicilia. She was amazing through out our stay helping book tickets, answering our questions and many other things. Our only frustration was because of extra fee charged for adding an extra bed for our 14 year old. The description of the room said it sleeps 4, but we were still charged for accommodating our son. we were only 3 in total. kinda misleading."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel with great pool in great location. Well setup for families with kids. Good breakfast although it was the same every day. Staff always friendly and helpful! Cons: Terrible pillows and no option to get any others. I had terrible neck pain the entire duration of the holiday. Could not buy pillows anywhere either.. was considering leaving as could not get any sleep! Even my 6 year old complained about it. Family room balcony (on 4th floor) railing is too low and extremely dangerous. There is chairs on balcony kids climb on. If they do, they will fall off over. Have to pay for everything- tennis, bikes, etc. Where most hotels offer this as free activities."

"We had an amazing stay for 8 nights. The staff are incredible, the food amazing and the pool area and beach club are fantastic. Easy walking distance to shopping. The only one thing that I would find a negative is the noise from other doors closing, the tiled floors make it echo through the hallways. Unfortunately a few inconsiderate people slamming doors between 12-2am was mostly the issue. We will definitely be back next year."

"This is an interesting place as a hotel it was beautifully maintained, room was dated but still not an issue it was cleaned nice the staff was very nice and the pools and the tamarind restaurant was nice especially the lunch menu the breakfast was great, however where I feel it lacks is presenting the activities they have, I felt like I really had to dig around to find out what they activities they had and they are all paid so expect to spend for the dance and dinner they have I think every night. I would say you’re paying for the beach access which is nice but one thing you should know it’s from 1-2pm and onward the low tide completely takes away the water from that beach so if you want a dip best time is before noon. I would stay here again as I can’t compare to other hotels/resorts in Nusa dua. But aside from a regular hotel experience there isn’t much unless you open your wallet. 4/5 stars I would say this property is very beautiful and every angle you look it’s gorgeous and the beach access is amazing so for that I would recommend!"

"Loved it. The sunrise view on the beach was stunning. The location was great too. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The room was spacious, looking out to the pool & d beach. I didn’t like the musky smell when I first entered the room. I swam at the beach but the water was not clean & smelled of gasoline. I think from the boats nearby. Thank you. Great hotel overall."
