"Our stay at Conrad Bali was truly exceptional and the perfect way to end our honeymoon in Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality, warm smiles, and outstanding service. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful tropical gardens, magnificent pools, immaculate facilities, and direct access to the beach. The room was spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of international and local options, all of excellent quality. What impressed us most was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel valued and truly cared for throughout our stay. Conrad Bali exceeded all our expectations. We created beautiful memories here and would highly recommend this resort to couples, honeymooners, and anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Bali. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"our recent stay in Room 2125 following a five-night stay at the Hilton. While we love Bali and found the majority of your team and local hospitality to be warm and welcoming and thoroughly appreciated the private beach, smooth checkout, and excellent checkout lounge facilities there were a few key issues during our stay . First, the staff member who ushered us to our room upon check-in was quite rude and seemed to be in a rush, which was unfortunately our first impression of the property. Additionally, we had several concerns regarding the room and facility amenities: - Room Layout & Privacy: Room 2125 sits directly above a private villa, completely compromising the privacy of the family staying below. We actively limited our balcony use out of consideration for them. - Safety & Maintenance: The shower leaks significantly onto the marble floor, creating a severe slip hazard. The bath tap was dirty and not functional. Certain room features also did not feel child-friendly or safe. - Air Conditioning: There was no air conditioning running in the lifts, and the buffet restaurant relied only on fans. Most concerningly, the Kids Club had no air conditioning, leaving the children exhausted and wanting to leave after two hours. A hotel of this caliber should ensure the Kids Club is properly air-conditioned. - Dining & Happy Hour: While breakfast was decent, the actual variety felt limited for the value compared to other properties."

"Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who can't do enough to help. The additional experiences and entertainment were great and sunrise yoga by the temple was very special and I would definitely stay there again. Only one minor area that could be improved upon. Upon check in you are able to add room credit to cover drinks etc, and if you do so the hotel will add an additional 10 percent. This is great, however the communication around this could be improved. For example there is no obvious way to see how much of your credit you have spent, so I asked reception for my balance half way through my stay which was incorrect and I was unaware that not all hotel purchases e.g. renting a cabanna or having a spa treatment could be used for this credit."

"Best holiday for the family. The resort has everything we needed and accommodated us /any family with little kids. The food options across the resort were fantastic. It was easy to book the dinners at each restaurant when we arrived. The pool is cleaned and checked throughout the day. We had two rooms adjoined through a door and it meant the kids could have a nap or a sleep in. *Also this is a sustainable hotel* no plastic to speak of and recycle/reuse. Beach was also spotless."

"An amazing resort for families - everything was in easy reach and staff were very accomodating. The free shuttle to the Bali Collection and beach were handy, as were all the restaurants on the door step of the resort. We have already booked another stay! 😊"
