"Everything about our stay was perfect. We came here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. The breakfast had plenty of great options, including for me as a lacto-vegetarian. We would definitely stay here again without a second thought."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty; completely taken care of. The hotel staff were so dedicated to making sure our every need was met, in particular our dedicated curator, Cicilia, who deserves a special shout-out for going out of her way to get to know us well enough that she could tailor our stay to our liking perfectly. What truly made this hotel stand out were the staff, however it was only enhanced by all the thoughtful little details like the delicious welcome drinks, getting to choose which pillow mist for the turndown service, or the ice cool glass of water that shows up when you've been roasting on a lounger by the pool! The grounds and gardens were lovely and well thought out, and the layout of the hotel was unique and interesting, with multiple scenic routes to get anywhere, perfect for our complementary photoshoot! The spa was enormous and utterly peaceful, lots of massages and treatments to choose from and free use of the sauna and yet another, quieter pool hidden from the masses! Breakfast was excellent - importantly, reliably good croissants and coffee every day and consistently high quality food and plenty of options. Something for everyone. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay and genuinely found it heartbreaking to leave."

"We stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa for almost a month and had the most incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for a truly special stay. The BEST stay! The location is unbeatable — beautiful beachfront grounds, lush gardens, and a stunning walking path connecting nearby resorts in Nusa Dua, perfect for morning or sunset walks. The resort is spacious, well maintained, and offers so many fun activities that really enhance the experience. The on-site restaurants were also excellent, especially the Japanese and Mexican restaurants — consistently top-quality meals. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member. A special shoutout to the wonderful ladies in the Kintamani Lounge — Kintam, Firma, Dayu, Ratih, Dina, and Thrisna — always so warm, kind, and welcoming, making us feel at home every day. A very special mention to Awen, my yoga instructor, whose classes were fun, engaging, and uplifting — honestly the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. Dipa also deserves recognition for taking such great care of our room daily — always spotless, fresh, and comfortable. The men at the Lobby Bar were also so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Every staff member contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely return when we’re back in Bali."

"The Grand Hyatt was both incredibly beautiful and quiet & peaceful. Staff were amazing, always happy and helpful, they went above & beyond. Breakfast was so beautiful, to eat surrounded by such incredible beauty, the fish ponds were teaming with fish and water birds, just breathtaking. A big thank you to Niko Pandeani for her excellent guest service, to the house keeping staff who made beautiful towel sculptures for us each day and kept our room spotless. A big thank you to the staff at the Club members pool, who made our holiday so special. We have traveled the world and stayed in many many 5 star resorts, but Grand Hyatt Bali, you take the prize as the best most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed. I highly recommend taking the club room, the food for breakfast and in the evening is fabulous and it’s a quieter part of the resort. The beach has stunning aqua blue water that’s clean and white sandy beach. I will be back Grand Hyatt, your resort is already in our hearts forever 🙏"
