Fantastic stay at SOL Benoa Bali Eveything was great from check in to check in to check out Property is clean and well kept, rooms are spacious and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating We asked for an airport pick up and drop off to be arranged which was worth doing as we had hassle free transfers with great drivers There was a good variety of food at every restaurant and evening entertainment was enjoyable Overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation with every need taken care of 5 stars 🌟

The property itself is a 3.5. The hotel is dated and could use a revamp. The food quality was mediocre and we would say it was economy plus. The pool was under construction and we wish we would have been notified before arriving. The staff was extremely friendly!

Lovely hotel very relaxing with great pool and lovely beach. Great little restaurants along the beach , resort breakfast very good. Great place for relaxing stay in comfort.

A large luxurious room kept very clean. The beautiful, swimmable beach and the pool both have plenty of shade and loungers. The all-inclusive food and drink was great. From the omelette station in the morning to the poolside daiquiri to the local beer. The minibar was always refilled but that beer was not as good and no coke only coke zero. The 'kitchen' alacarte meals are good but the 'garden' buffets for lunch and dinner were excellent.

After a long journey from NY, we were just looking for a place to shake off any jet lag and not have to go anywhere. This place was perfect for us. 24 hour restaurant, pool and beach. Very relaxing, great staff and just a nice environment. Would highly recommend.

Okay stay. Negatives: room was damp and clammy, tiles everywhere are incredibly slippery, staff are friendly however at price point don’t expect to have to chase reception after booking and waiting half an hour to be let into our room and given our luggage, also don’t expect to have to retrieve luggage from luggage room when leaving. Positives: good menu at restaurant, good breakfast, spacious rooms and nice towels and bathroom products Probably won’t stay again and if I did it would be for a couple of nights
