Fantastic stay at SOL Benoa Bali Eveything was great from check in to check in to check out Property is clean and well kept, rooms are spacious and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating We asked for an airport pick up and drop off to be arranged which was worth doing as we had hassle free transfers with great drivers There was a good variety of food at every restaurant and evening entertainment was enjoyable Overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation with every need taken care of 5 stars 🌟

The property itself is a 3.5. The hotel is dated and could use a revamp. The food quality was mediocre and we would say it was economy plus. The pool was under construction and we wish we would have been notified before arriving. The staff was extremely friendly!

Excellent hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Had requested a sea view room on a high floor and we got one on check in with an excellent view. Vegetarian food was excellent especially in their fine dining restaurant which we could visit everyday. Menu in menu dining room could have more vegetarian options. Also buffet in the gardens had limited vegetarian options. Hotel has 2 bars......one in lobby and one by the pool. Loved all the all-inclusive drinks. There is also a juice bar by the beach which was great for freshly made juoces and coconut juice. Would have preferred one more bar by the beach so don't need to come to pool to get an alcoholic drink but that is just a minor point. Mini bar refilled daily which has many snacks and non alcoholic drinks + beers. This is included in all inclusive. Entertainment was good especially the fire show, cabaret show and the duo who came on Mondays and Wednesday evenings to perform. All in all we had a superb time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Bali for a holiday.

We had a good stay overall, but it didn’t feel like a true 5-star experience. The property is quite dated and could use a refresh, especially the bathroom (older fittings and occasional yellowish water in toilet bowl). That said, the room was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. We were initially placed in a room with a poor view, but thanks to Made at reception, we were moved to a much better one, which made a big difference. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety and egg station, but lacked a premium feel. It was surprising not to see sambal readily available, though staff were happy to bring it when asked. Service throughout the stay was warm and welcoming. The hotel strongly pushes its all-inclusive offering — without it, we felt like we were missing out. Drinks are expensive, and some amenities like paddle boards are restricted unless you’re on the package. The beach was also disappointing, with visible debris and average water quality. However, the scenic and paved walking path connecting all the beachfront resorts in Nusa Dua were great for walks and jogs and easily accessible to Bali Collection for shopping and nice meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, but not quite at a 5-star standard.

A large luxurious room kept very clean. The beautiful, swimmable beach and the pool both have plenty of shade and loungers. The all-inclusive food and drink was great. From the omelette station in the morning to the poolside daiquiri to the local beer. The minibar was always refilled but that beer was not as good and no coke only coke zero. The 'kitchen' alacarte meals are good but the 'garden' buffets for lunch and dinner were excellent.
