Convenient to access taxi/grab services, however, not walking friendly to amenities around the area. Staff was lovely and provided excellent service. However, the room condition was worse than pictured in photos - general wear and tear with mosquitoes.

We loved our stay here at Lerina Hotel. The restaurant on site was 5 star 🌟 we were served the most delicious food, perfectly cooked, offering to us a taste of both authentic and international foods to try. For our first stay in Bali, the Lerina Hotel provided for us all our needs to start out in a country unknown to us. We were able to venture out at our own pace because The Lerina Hotel had all our needs covered, from food to comfort, buisness needs, recreational and all our basic living products in fine detail were provided. There is even a little supermarket that is a 2 minute walk down the road for any additional things we might like, including an ATM. Even though we were off a busy road, there was no noise of traffic in the upstairs restaurant or in our room. Uniquely enough, we were thrilled to be able to find a triple single bed room, that was safe, clean, comfortable and stylish. With a relaxing balcony, loungeroom setting with a desk and our own private bathroom, we had all the space we needed. The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. Good english speaking and very responsive to our needs. The Lerina Hotel met all our needs, we would definitely come back again if we visit Nusa Dua again, as everything was also within close proximity to our day events and was a short 30 minute taxi from Denpasar Airport. Thank you to The Lerina Hotel who helped make our first visit to Bali, an amazing experience 🇦🇺🇲🇨

We liked it was a nicer hotel, liked the pool but there were some wires coming off the pool wall & there was some green algae in the bottom part of the pool. But the staff were amazing & so accommodating ❤️

Good stay

Nice hotel. Good bed and working (powerful) AC. Swimpool is big enough but the board floor needed maintenance. Also in restaurant menu is without tax - thought it was cheaper at first. But in the restourant good variety of food. Breakfast is ok. Some pancake and fruit but mostly asian menu. Near airport and good location.

客室は綺麗に掃除されているので、過度の期待をしなければ快適です。 スタッフの対応も、とくに問題はありませんのでした。 ビジネスホテル感覚で泊まるのであれば、十分かと思います。
