The night shift front desk clerk Mr Izumi excellent customer service. He welcomed us, home away from home.

Worth to stay
Although the room is small but still worth to stay. They provide almost everything we need in the room. We like the shower, the pressure is pretty enough, even better than our home's. The room is clean. Breakfast is included but not much choice. Remember to put the crossiant & bun into the oven for 2 mins. They provide 2 coffee, one with aroma but the other one don't. Location is easy to find & near the Okinawa Zoo. Price of the room is attractive. Definitely will choose to stay next time if I need to stay in Okinawa City.

It's located at center of Okinawa city. Supermarket and some restaurants are just around the corner. Security of this hotel is very good because guest can't use the elevator unless they touch the panel by room key. There is a limited parking but they have parking lots in three different locations, so normally you can park your car without any problem.

Typical business hotel. Didn't like the fact of them insisting on seeing my residency card and not asking for any identification of my Japanese colleague. Breakfast was just bread and weak coffee. Bed was firm to hard but had 6 pillows with different firmness.

On the website rooms look much much bigger than reality, so be careful the room is going to be very tiny, way too small for two adults. You only get one key so if one leaves the room there is no way for the other to go up since the elevator needs the room key to unlock the floor. I asked for a second key but I was told no “only one key”, I think the hotel does this to limit the use of ac when the guests are not in the room, which would have been good because Okinawa gets extremely hot and humid. Check out is at 10 unlike most other hotels at 11. If you have car rental or personal car 500 yen or $5 daily parking fee and parking spots are tiny as well and limited. Staff was friendly and hotel is very clean but I will not book with this hotel again. I think the hotel is more for local guests not for westerners.

The staff were extremely incompetent in working to assist my spouse with checking in to her new room. We had reserved another room following the expiration of her current room, and she would if had to wait five hours in the lobby between switching rooms, rather than let her stay in her current room to wait the other room. Poor service to a recurring customer. On top of this, my spouse had to listen to the staff make unprofessional remarks regarding the situation above. They thought she didnt understand..(the manager allowed this by the way). Shame on this business! Hopefully the staff have improved to respectfully assist their guests. I would try this place only as a last resort.. there are much better places at half the price.

Highly recommendable!
The hotel room I is small but very clean and nice. Carpet and bathroom are really clean, room is complete with all the things I need, wi-fi is free and strong, employees are polite and accommodating.

Recommendations
The bathtub should have a handle and a mat for safety. Maid did not clean or replace used cups. Free pastry and coffee were good but I was not allowed to take pastry into my room. Why/ Coffee was allowed to take to my room. A/C and heater remote was only written Japanese and not English. Same for microwave. TV had no English channel.Should have a couch in lobby (2nd floor).

Small and uncomfortable but clean
The hotel is designed for business people and the rooms are very small. We had a twin room, therefore a bed each with barely any additional room for our luggage. The bathroom was a capsule style bathroom and somewhat a kin to being on an aircraft. I am used to Japanese baths being small but this one was too small. The hotel offered a free breakfast of bread rolls and croissants with coffee or juice. This was ok to say it was free. We were staying in the hotel due to visiting a friend near by however the area the hotel is in is not pleasant. Everything was closed except local convenience stores and bars I personally would not go in to.

Seemed like a newer hotel, but very small rooms. That seems to be the norm in Okinawa, however. The surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Hotel was very clean and new. The only negative was the beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The "breakfast" is only coffee and bread rolls. The staff was helpful and the location is good for visitors to Kadena AB.

Parking only for rental cars?!
My brother who lives in the area drove me there & we were going to park the car & go for dinner. The staff looked at our license plate & deemed we were local & that parking was for hotel guests only. I was a hotel guest & arranged for my own transportation. It felt as if only rental cars were only allowed on the premises. We explained our situation & eventually the staff agreed to allow us to park. I felt that the situation could have been handled a but more with finesse.

The room was not for me, I made the reservation for a friend (Steve Moses) that had a short notice trip to Okinawa and didn’t have time to find a place so I made it for him. I ended up being charged for the room even though he presented his credit card to the hotel staff.

The elevator stops at the 2nd floor automatically w/c is the front desk and it's annoying and feel being watch all the time and saw a Cockroach crawling on my tv remote, I reserved 12 nights and after having this experience, decided to leave on my 2nd day, unfortunately wasn't able to get any refund but instead, I was charged more paying $131.00 for taking visitor, I just wish they should just have considered me leaving the remaining 10 nights without charging me extras, so I have moved to downtown Naha made a new reservation w/c is perfect for me and happily spend my remaining 10 days vacation in Okinawa. My 2nd hotel sits in the mid town w/c is close to all tourist spots and felt being home after checking in, hotel staff are nice and made me feel really comfortable w/c is the most important service I'm looking for and it's way more cheaper! (The cockroach part, if you want verification on that complain, I can send you a video!)

Great location and the customer service was excellent. Brand New Hotel, clean but room was very small... Will stay there again because location to eating facilities and night life is excellent...

新しくてきれいでした。ホテルはかなり良かったと思います。目的地のミュージックタウンも近かったし。ただ、周りにあまり何もなく夜の食事の場所を見つけれませんでした。ホテルの方に聞けば良かったのかも知れませんが...

The rooms are a squeeze and the parking lot was an even tighter squeeze. Breakfast was Japanese (of course), but for picky eaters (like myself) you are in walking distance to lots of places. My overall stay was so nice!

Very clean and new hotel. Great for business travelers, but it's not marketed or advertised correctly. The room did not fit 2 adults comfortably. Traditional Japanese breakfast.
Very clean and new hotel. Thank you for receiving rewards and rewards for business travelers. However, I am really sorry that the room is not comfortable for the two adults. However, I have announced an appropriate size for reservation sale, but I would like to improve the announcement content. In addition, breakfast is provided free of charge from the hotel.
